We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Birdie on Woodland Greens.
Onetime, non-refundable fee is required of $400, pet rent is based on Fico score.
No pet deposit is required and no limit to weight of your pet.
We allow 2 pets per home. Only dogs and cats are allowed pets, no exotic species please.

Pit Bull Types (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire
Terrier, and American Bulldog) Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Boxers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, German Shepherds, Chow Chow,
Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Cane Corso, Husky, and Any Wolf-Hybrid.
When allowed by applicable laws, we may require written verification of or make other inquiries regarding the disability-related need for assistance or service animal for a person with a disability. We will not charge an animal deposit, additional rent, or other fee for any authorized assistance or service animal. Except as provided by applicable law, all other provisions of this addendum apply for assistance or service animals.
